“I am really not happy with my recent dealings with Crosby. I received one email to acknowledge I had made a purchase and in that email was to,d I would receive another email to tell me when my order was being process. I never received this email. A package then arrived randomly, it contain 3 out of the 5 items I ordered, I had not received any email letting me know this would be the case or to expect my package, I have not received a follow up email stating the rest of my order will be delivered. The only email I have received is asking me to write a review. I have emailed Crosby’s to ask about the rest of my order and when I can expect it to arrive and I have not received even an acknowledgement that my email has been received. The rest of my order that I current haven’t received is worth around £50! I’m so disappointed to feel like I have to write a negative review just to get the attention of someone who can help me!”

“Very bad. Took 40 days to send my packet. After Brexit it cost me about GBP 40, because you delayed it 40 days after payment and sent it few hours after I tried to cancel the order. Absolut unacceptable”

“We ordered two teapots from Crosbys. Really pleased with the speed at which they were despatched (warned there might be a delay due to covid but there wasn't!) Shipped around and Crosbys worked out the best price too.”

“Desperate to replace my Stoelzle Flutes that I had even written to Stoelzle in Germany, but they couldn't help as no longer sent orders to UK following Brexit. Then I discovered Crosbys! They had exactly what I wanted and more! Customer Services were extremely helpful too. After I had ordered I found another item that I had been looking for (for ages again) and they were able to add it to my order and save me a second postage cost. Will always check Crosbys first now! Brilliant all round!”

“I was very impressed. They had an item that I had been looking for and which was showing as out of stock with other suppliers. I ordered and paid for it without any fuss and the items turned up the next day. I will defiantly be using them again”
