“One of the bowls was broken on arrival. I have reported this. I did receive an initial response but now silence. Please replace bowl! I want to order more crockery but reluctant to do so until this is resolved”

“No complaints with your company but delivery service you used was not good. After following the tracking on my delivery I was waiting, watching my front gate but was surprised that it showed on line that an attempt to deliver was not successful and to take the card (there was no card ) and pick up parcel from post office. The time shown on the attempted delivery was the very time I was watching. So I don't think that the delivery man / woman tried as there should have been a card to say so.”

“Received my items a little longer than I was told. The customer service team was very good though, and then received them they day I was told. Love the glasses I got, but unfortunately I did have one little chip in one of them.”

“Been looking for the wine glasses i wanted for a good while (most are now so large) and eventually alighted on Crosbys which has a very big selection. Decent price as well. Delivery was slightly slow (6 days) but I wasn't in a hurry (got so used to things arriving next day even despite not paying priority charges at other companies). Overall, I will definitely be back to buy more, in due course.”

“I waited a week before enquiring about my order by email with no response. I called customer services and was told it would be despatched that day , no explanation for the delay . I was notified of Parcelforce despatch and was able to track my delivery. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait in all day so I had to drive 10 miles to collect it as it was apparently “ too large “ for post office collection . It was only 12 wine glasses . They were packaged in two sturdy boxes inside an enormous flimsy battered cardboard box which was so big I had to leave it with Parcelforce as it wouldn’t fit in my car . Three days after my initial email enquiry I had a reply saying my order was ready and would be despatched for delivery Wednesday, but I already had it ! I don’t think I will bother again .”

“Only delivered part of an order. This included an incorrect item (tongs). Had to phone 3 times to get the correct item sent out. Also had to phone twice to follow up on the balance of the order, which included an expensive kitchen blender. Really poor service until I happened to speak to Dawn McCourt (on the third time of phoning). She was absolutely wonderful and chased up the final delivery for me. She phoned me back twice to ensure all was OK. So for Dawn - five stars!!!”
