“Ordered a pack of 6 glasses, 3 were damaged. Replaced 2 weeks later after being chased & one of the replacements was damaged too. Very poor quality control. Glasses that weren't damaged are cheap & thin. One has cracked already. Would not buy from here again. Waste of £20”

“Ordered glasses on the Monday, advised delivery Weds/Thurs. No sign of them by the Friday, called and order was put on a next day delivery for the Saturday. They arrived well packaged and are good quality. Apart from the slight snag over delivery, I am very happy. Will be purchasing again, thanks.”

“I am sending your cutlery back to you because although it claims to be what I want, only the knives match my original set. The forks and spoons are completely different and inferior. I am asking for a refund.”

“I order wine glasses more than 4 weeks ago and still haven't received the glasses . After few calls only to know the glasses went missing from warehouse . I am still awaiting delivery . It will now take another week”

“When the delivery arrived which came really quick. Two items was broken rang up and the lady was lovely on the phone. They sent out the replacements which came the next day. Fantastic service !!! Really happy with our order brilliant service fantastic products .”
