Slightly disappointed as the mugs were 'Builders size and weight'. Had explained what they were for - Village Hall, coffee and tea etc, often elderly gatherings - and your Sales Department said they would be ideal! Your online brochure is not explicit when searching for a 'finer' quality.

Overall satisfied with the product yet while placing the order I was told that the delivery would be next day and it did not come for a further 4 working days. I got a message from interlink saying that the parcel was not delivered yet but then no updates further down. When I finally called Crosby's 3 days later to query about the delivery I got told that it was already delivered. This was left in our building's loading bay and signed by a non authorised person.

Hello Joanna, Thank you for your honest review. There was an issue with the delivery address which was then rectified as soon as we noticed. Our delivery service on Rational Tablets is next day so this event is very unusual. If you do wish to use us in the future for you Rational Tablets, you can be sure this won't happen again. Although the product was very good and the price competitive the delivery took almost a month and no updates as to why the delivery had taken so long.

2 glasses came smashed and wrong delivery address was put on parcel so went to business owners home not the business address which was ordered to. Advised few days after emailing that glasses out of stock from supplier so asked for refund instead

Although I am extremely happy with the product I have bought, it took a long time to arrive, which is rather unexpected nowadays. I think it might be helpful if a delay in delivery would be mentioned when ordering.

Hello Stephen, Thank you for your review. As the Villeroy & Boch products come from Germany, they do take around 10-15 days to arrive with customers. This is shown on our website and as a delivery date at the checkout. Delivery went to the wrong place and only found out because I have called to chase it. Had to go and collect my self. Not a good start but I will give another chance.

Multiple products ordered were all sent individually which didn't work well for me in terms of forwarding company. Too many email updates as regards progress of order also. I count a ridiculous seven mails over one order!
