“The item description and photo was incorrect so had to return. When returning, as it had past 14 days (because it was a Christmas present), you are charged 25% of the order! Customer services are rude and unhelpful.”

Hello Joanne, thank you for your honest review. We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the goods without a restocking charge. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to our warehouse. This is in line with Distance Selling Regulations. The reason we charge a 25% restocking charge for any returns after teh 14 days is due to the cost of checking the items, sending them back to our supplier and processing the refund. We wish we didn't have to but the costs are just too high. If we didn't, we would have to increase ouor prices overall which isn't something we're comfortable with. I must apologise that you feel our customer services are unhelpful. I will pass on your comments to management to ensure this is followed up internally. Regards, Nat.

“Nice webpage, with good information. Reasonable delivery costs. Items were proper wrapped and as expected upon arrival. Delivery was quick once the items where dispatched, but we were disappointed that the items didn't dispatch until 10 days after we had placed the order.”

“My order was placed on 15th Dec for Christmas presents. I phoned on 21st Dec and was told it was due for dispatch the next day. 2 hours later I received an email that it could not be delivered before earl Jan and did I want a refund. I responded very firmly that I wanted my money back asap. Heard nothing back and instead the goods were delivered on 5th Jan which was no use to me.”
