“Added Manhattan Utopia to my existing cutlery collection. The style is modern plain and looks stunning whether you use for a dinner party or every day use. Crosby's were very reasonable and efficeint during these strange times! Thank you Crosby's”

“Have used crosbys before, but ordered some glasses and they were not what I expected, I was told no free returns paid £50 for the glasses and because of the weight it would probably of cost as much to send back, so stuck with them!!”

“Order made 12/05 received today after 18 days of no communication from customer service. Glasses were BROKEN and missing item. Ordered £80 received £57 of broken glasses. DO NOT BUY!”

“Non-existent communication after initial payment. Failed to reply to email requesting delivery forecast. Did finally respond to second email, 11 days after purchase, to inform me that two items were not actually in stock. In-stock items finally arrived 19 days after original payment. Check out the photos - this is GENUINELY how Parcel Force delivered the package (there was a loose glass in there too - I kid you not!). Still waiting to hear about missing items...”
