Absolute joke of a company! Website states 48 hour despatch, yet a week later when I chased I was informed that my order was being dispatched that day. Asked for tracking details 3 times so I could track my parcel and ignored 3 times! Promised calls back and never received those calls back either. Worst customer service team I've had the displeasure of experiencing. 'Lauren' in customer services most unhelpful and never fulfils her promises. Getting information out of this company is like getting blood out of a stone!

It’s the second time I ordered and will be my last one. First time the packed a Couple of 5L canisters all together not thinking they are going to smash, when I confronted them they suggested to send them back to get a refund. I gave up honestly because I’ve just had a c-section, didn’t have the bloody time. Now, I did my order on the 24th of April for. My order is still showing “processing “ send 3 emails to 3 different addressed and no response!!!! Really frustrating!!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! Don’t bother ordering from them!

Bought items online on a Sunday, confirmation of order straight away. Nothing all week. Phoned Crosby’s on Monday to say - have not received order, told items where in stock and would be posted tomorrow. Paid about £18.00 delivery - asked about getting some of this back, they said they would speak to online sales team and have heard nothing back - shocking service....happy to take your money - avoid - as far as I am aware has still not been delivered.

Disappointing. Ordered on the 23rd April and despatched on the 29th of April. Just so happened that I contacted them via their web form on that date but received no response. Lots of positive reviews but I can't say I'll use them again.

I have sent 2 emails as the goods I purchased was damaged. I have no contact from anyone. I contacted them the day I received the goods it has been 5 days!!!!!!

The worst customer service, never use again I buy lot of stuff more the 1 month ago and been coming in 3 time and still missing stuff. I call at least 4 time for the same reason and no one resolve . Then the last call I made last week and they promised the rest of the good they will be delivered on Friday at Latest wich wasn’t true am still wait . To be honest am not call any more you’re Stealer and Westar time

First time ordering from Crosby’s. Arrived broken. Called to replace - was told to email. Still waiting for a reply. Not a good experience - won’t use again :-(

I ordered and paid for a pack of six spoons, but received one spoon. I was told this would be rectified but it has not. I contacted again recently to ask for an update. Crickets.

I have to say i have has the worst customer service in a long time with Crosby's 1. I sent an item back late last year and only just receiving a refund for this but only after i proved deliver at the returns depot, I have never had to do this in my life and the onis wan on me to prove it had been delivered. 2. I placed an order on the 8th February and chased this order as it had not been delivered back end of February spoke to a lady who agreed to Olivia who agreed to refund the delivery charge as good will which I agreed to. I was told that the order was missing an item and once it was in would be shipped to me, again I agreed to this asking what the expected delivery time would be and informed that about a week. On the 22nd March, at least three weeks after the conversation over my order I sent an email again to Olivia wishing to make a formal complaint over this order. My complain was completely ignored instead i just received an email thanking for my order and the items delivered the next morning. I then checked to see if the refund had been given. No it had not! On the 24th March I emailed Olivia to request this to be refunded and as of the 29th March I've still not received any refund. I feel I have more than patient with all this but but would welcome a conversation from the management over their failings.

None of the items listed on their website were actually in stock, though they took all the money when the order was received. Subsequent communication has been poor

I ordered on 31st of January, I have emailed and called. Promised items 2nd week of March. Still waiting. Useless company, dreadful customer service. Glad i didnt place a big order. Happy to take money quickly, no good at sending goods. Feels like theft. Zero stars wasnt an option

I waited for too long for the delivery and do not receive correspondence to advise delivery date. So I ordered from another source and no longer need these glasses.

The items were of poor build and quality, the shipping was far exceeded despatch times and despite two contact us forms being sent, neither were replied too. I also did not receive a confirmation email with an order number I would not recommend or order again.
