Poor customer service. Ordered back in May and phoned once and was told would be dispatched that day . Still nothing. Cancelled order 3 weeks ago for a refund that i was told would be processed immediately, still nothing! Very poor service, i know times are tough but this is a joke !

I have been waiting for my products for 2+months and till haven't received them as yet which is awful. Customer service is very poor and no update via phone or email of my order delayed or any kind of an update.

Still awaiting half of the items . Even says dispatched within 48 hours . Order placed over 2 weeks ago. Contacted supplier promised some items to be delivered las Thursday still awaiting .

Monumentally slow service with very little contact despite repeated attempts. Got the goods eventually after several emails and social media contacts.

Eight days after placing an order, I have been asked to write a review. I haven't even had a dispatch notice yet. The event I ordered the goods for has been and gone. Very unhappy.

I ordered 1 item on the 6th of May, i phoned on 4 different occasions to find out what was happening with the item to be told it was in the warehouse and they didn't know why it hadn't been dispatched. I finally received the item on the 14th of June. If i could source items elsewhere i would in future.

The "industrial" storage boxes arrived in a huge box with plenty of packing. My advice is don't buy them! If you want small flimsy boxes that will allow you to store a few lightweight small items in then they might be fine but they are certainly not "industrial" They are two flimsy looking and flimsy feeling boxes with some small metal handles stuck in the top - and that apparently qualifies them as being "industrial" design. It has put me off ordering anything more from this company as it looks like I now have to pay for the return of these items in the large box. The returns form had no paid postage

Not even an one. for this would have give a fat 0 - Never order from this company. Full of lies and . The manager is even worse.. Never order from this company. Rude unhelpful and blame the delivery company... such incompetence is unreal. NEVER NEVER ORDER from this company....

Very poor service, ordered 3 items which said all in stock on site waited over 3 weeks to be told one item was not available and they would release the rest. I agreed to release the rest but still not package so phoned again and was told the second item was not available and would they like us to send the 3rd item and refund the rest. Again I had to chase them each time. Finally got the 3rd items and they were incorrect ! I know most catering companies are poor but this has been a joke and would never use again. I can see why people spend more for Nisbets as they offer a much better service. I can’t be bothered to send the incorrect items back as I’m sure it is more hassle than it’s worth. Avoid Crosby’s

This is a company to avoid. I’m new to the hospitality business, I have quite a large restaurant, pub and wedding venue, I ordered steak knives from Crosbys which took over a month to arrive after chasing up several times, when the did actually arrive after my third phone call they were the wrong pattern and not what I ordered. It’s so frustrating, especially when I have a whole business to set up, I expect to just order and have my items arrive in just days. But no not worth Crosbys. This company is on my black list.

After multiple attempts to contact about a missing order I raised a PayPal refund request. A week after the refund request had been posted I got an automated email saying my items had been dispatched. No apology for the 4 week delay in processing the order, didn't ask me if I still wanted the order after 4 weeks and then I got an email asking for a review.
