Company failed to dispatch order until one month after order was placed. When querying order, didn’t even have the courtesy to response to emails. Avoid using this company.

Ordered and paid for "in stock" items more than a week ago. No email confirmation, nothing delivered and both my email enquiries have been ignored. When it comes to customer service Crosbys simply don't deliver (literally)!

After not being able to deliver my order within 8 days of placing it (their website says delivery in 2 days) Crosby's and I happily agreed to cancel the order and refund the money back to my credit card. That did not happen. They delivered the order to my London Hotel (4 days after I flew back home to Australia) & they have not contacted me since (after 2 emails this past week) asking them to rectify the matter. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Absolutely shocking service, took 6 weeks for my delivery to arrive after paying £6.50 for delivery, and when I tried to contact Crosby’s to find out where my delivery was and when I could expect it it took them ages to respond. Will not be shopping at Crosby’s again!!

Companies should not accept orders when they have no stock. Communication was terrible and delivery time very poor.

Item not received during time frame indicated by you when I placed order, nor even yet. No notification of dispatch - is it still sitting in your warehouse. No contact details given for me to enquire and no response from managers on your Website. Very disappointing. I cannot recommend.

Ordered my product on 09/12/19 and it has still not arrived as of 02/01/20. Second chase up today so we shall see what happens

Awful,constant E.mails asking where the item is,over a month.Item eventually arrived.Two small cast iron items,one of which was broken.Not worth sending back 🙄

Paid for some glassware on 17th December, and still not received it. It says "Awaiting dispatch"........my money wasnt waiting for dispatch, it was paid as soon as I ordered! No communication either.

Product arrived inside minimal packaging so was unsurprised to find item smashed upon opening box. I emailed customer service 3 dats ago but have had no response.

Placed an order, finally got a call after nearly a month apologising for how late it was. It arrived two days later. 50% of the items were broken and I was assured replacements would be sent out, it's been a week and these still haven't been received. I expressed my disappointment over the phone to someone and they were apologetic, however when I asked if I would receive any form of compensation I was told that I wouldnt, plus I'm still waiting for half my order. I'm not usually someone who leaves reviews, especially not bad ones, but the service from Crosbys was shocking. I would urge you to steer well clear!

I have not received my order it came up as returned to depot and no card was left to say why I emailed you last friday but no reply therefore i cannot review this . Please help to find my order or i will need a refund .thankyou

I have been waiting over 2 weeks for 3 griddle scrapers, I have sent 2 emails to ask there whereabouts and had no reply to either. Very poor service and customer service stay well clear 😡

Very poor service. Placed an order on line, paid in full, then heard nothing. I then get an e- mail to ask me to write a positive review of my purchase. Well I haven’t received my goods. Then call to get update only to be told that goods are our of stock. Can’t be trusted - will not use again.
