Ordered my items, your website showed the item in stock and usually ships within 24 hours, 9 days passed and you never sent me the item and didn't explain to me why there was any delay. Had to resort on requesting a refund via PayPal which then prompted you to swiftly post the item the next day!! Item arrived in a crushed box, thankfully nothing damaged. After all this, nobody at your company phoned or sent me an email to apologise for the situation. Glad I paid via PayPal which made it easy to escalate my issue and get my money back, if I'd paid by another method I would potentially have never received my items. Poor company, bad communication, would NOT recommend and will leave a negative review via trustpilot.

Hello Glen, Sincere apologies for the delay with your order. We had a stock issue with one of the items in the Copper Cocktail Kit meaning there was a delay in constructing and sending out the items. However, I agree you should have been informed of this earlier and due to your feedback, we'll be making sure this happens for future customers. Once the PayPal dispute has been resolved, as a gesture of goodwill we will refund 20% of your order value. (PayPal don't allow a refund until the dispute has been closed). Regards, Nat @ Crosbys.

Everything went wrong. Waited 14 days for items to be arrived just to recieve wrong items. Still waiting after 19 days for complete delivery. After paid for the order and waited 12 days found out some items out of stock. Did they contact me? You bet they didn't. Had to call myself. Still it was available to purchase for next delivery. So many phone calls still not resolved. STAY AWAY. LOT OTHER RETAILERS OUT THERE OFFER BETTER SERVICE. WASTE OF TIME. SPEND THAT VALUBLE TIME IN YOUR BUSINESS. It's not that long before they go bankrupted with this kind of service don't waste your time and money on them.

Hello, Firstly we must apologise for the delay. As explained, there was a rare processing error which meant your order hadn't been put through our shipping process. We did contact you when we found that items were dicontinued and refunded the money immediately. This is a very rare occassion and we've put steps in place to stop this happening again.
