“Crosbys prices are very competitive, but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. I understand that the majority of customer are trade customers, but I purchased £80+ of Vileroy and Boch cutlery as a gift. When it arrived the branded boxes had been taped together with brown parcel tape which when removed ruined the boxes to such an extent that I am unsure whether it is any longer suitable as a gift. I did contact the customer service team at Crosbys who said was how it was packaged to stop it moving around in the box!!”

“Stunning 70cl flute glass ordered, fast, efficient delivery as well as very well packaged to avoid damage in transit! Will Definitely be purchasing some more products from here again! Many thanks for great! Quality and in times scale I needed for the gift it was intended for in its use, so glad it arrived, Rather than late! Very impressed”

“Delivery company would not try to deliver to neighbours - we live in a block of 14, many of whom are retired and yet took three days before they would post through our letterbox. When order finally arrived an item was broken.”
