“Glasses arrived smashed to pieces. Called to discuss was told send me some pictures and we will arrange some replacements to be sent. No aknowledgement of my email and no replacements received! To top it off received an email today advising if I left a positive would get £5 off next order..?”

“Online order for some Prosecco glasses- Crosby’s kept me up to date with every step of the order and in spite of their delicate nature all glasses arrived in perfect condition. I was so pleased with them that one of my colleagues in Northern Ireland has now also placed an order for them with Crosbys”

“Excellent customer service. Was kept up to date that the item I had ordered was out of stock, but new stock would be in on a particular day and true to their word it was and arrived next day. Really well packed also which was good to see. All in all a pleasure to deal with and will certainly be using again.”

“On an night out, my son proposed to his girlfriend and these glasses were the ones we drank from. Searched the Internet for them and found them on Crosby’s!! Fantastic service, great value! Only thing was, that the box had been ripped to shreds and obviously the courier had taped it all up, but bos with glasses in was ok!”
