“On an night out, my son proposed to his girlfriend and these glasses were the ones we drank from. Searched the Internet for them and found them on Crosby’s!! Fantastic service, great value! Only thing was, that the box had been ripped to shreds and obviously the courier had taped it all up, but bos with glasses in was ok!”

“Part of the order was wrong. 4 of the glasses were correct and 4 were the wrong type and not what I ordered. I have sent Crosbys an email but had no response yet.”

“I ordered the cocktail set on Black Friday. When I placed the order I didn't realise there was a carriage charge. As I wanted the goods delivered to Thomas Owen (unit 16) I was amazed that the goods arrived on a carrier. Surely somebody could have carried them around considering you are at unit 14. I won't be ordering anything else over the website as I think £6.50 carriage is not acceptable.”

“Order was well packaged and dealt with quickly, sadly too quickly as I ordered the wrong size cups. I rang the next morning to amend my order however, there wasn't anyone available at that time so they took my number, unfortunately I missed their call and when I called again there still wasn't anyone available. In the end my original order was dispatched and before I was able to change to the correct size. Despite this I would still recommend Crosbys.”

“Really poor experience and an order that still hasn't been fulfilled despite being placed over 2 weeks ago. No one seems to want to respond to me either with Nat ignoring my emails about it. Can't say I'd recommend them or use them again.”

“Been looking for this design of glass for ages and was not disappointed. Good quality and very well packaged. Extremely quick delivery. My only quibble is the astronomical delivery charge for even standard delivery.”
