“I contacted customer service but no answer so far. On 12 plates ordered only 5 were not broken. The other categories of plates were perfect.”

“Packaged really well. The 6 Gin glasses are perfect..great size. Delivery was fast too. Happy customer and I hadn't heard of Crosbys until now so I will shop here again”

“I were really happy with the products that I got, but unfortunately four out of eighteen plates were damage. The edges were broken. I took pictures of it and was wonderingen if there is an email I can send the pictures to? Best regards Evelina”

“Firstly the style of glasses were really nice, lots to choose from, but I had seen this particular one whilst on a night out. They arrived quickly and well packed. Very good service.”

“I placed my order online and 2 of my glasses have been chipped and 2 were not as expected, I phoned crosbys and the lady said just to pop over with them and she will have replacements waiting, for the 2 not as expected she can't see why that will be a problem to exchange, none of this I've had time to do as yet thought, so hope it goes without incident.”
