“I were really happy with the products that I got, but unfortunately four out of eighteen plates were damage. The edges were broken. I took pictures of it and was wonderingen if there is an email I can send the pictures to? Best regards Evelina”

“Firstly the style of glasses were really nice, lots to choose from, but I had seen this particular one whilst on a night out. They arrived quickly and well packed. Very good service.”

“I placed my order online and 2 of my glasses have been chipped and 2 were not as expected, I phoned crosbys and the lady said just to pop over with them and she will have replacements waiting, for the 2 not as expected she can't see why that will be a problem to exchange, none of this I've had time to do as yet thought, so hope it goes without incident.”

“Three days ago my order arrived with a missing item so I emailed the Crosby’s only to be ignored. I have emailed them 4 times in the last 3 days but I have had no response, I also requested authorisation to return the remainder of my order but heard absolutely zero.”

“Kept us informed of when it was dispatched, easy to use tracking system. Goods as expected, if sent it a rather large box!! Oh and loved the automated message about hassling the couriers with a big stick. Would definately use again.”
