“My payment went through, but order has been waiting a week for me to proof my ID. I didn't get any notifications that something went wrong, just because I called to find out has been order dispatched or not I was informed that I should send my ID etc. After I send all proofs, order was dispatched in 5 days. I have never get notifications that order dispatched. When I phoned again, to find out was it fully shipped, nobody can help me.”

“Excellent Sales and Contract Support, Cosby's have made setting up a business 7500km from the UK in Belém Brazil so much easier, deliveries are as promised, on time, and with the expected quality. Going forward they can even deliver direct to Belém. We would like to thank the estimating and sales departments in particular for helping us through a stressful time”

“Contact with the Sales Depart and the support has been excellent, Crosby's have eased setting up the business and can deliver to Belém Brazil, the range is really b=very good, the quality just as expected. “Ordered a pack of 6 glasses, 3 were damaged. Replaced 2 weeks later after being chased & one of the replacements was damaged too. Very poor quality control. Glasses that weren't damaged are cheap & thin. One has cracked already. Would not buy from here again. Waste of £20”

“Ordered glasses on the Monday, advised delivery Weds/Thurs. No sign of them by the Friday, called and order was put on a next day delivery for the Saturday. They arrived well packaged and are good quality. Apart from the slight snag over delivery, I am very happy. Will be purchasing again, thanks.”
