Speedy delivery but one large dinner plate seemed to be missing sufficient decoration around the rim! These would be sold as second in the Worcester factory shop near me!

I really like the mugs I have ordered from Crosby’s, however, they took a long time to be dispatched!

Glasses are fantastic no problems there. The blackboard arrived slightly damaged, although I suspect this was from the delivery company. Rest of the order was as expected. Would order from again though

Not happy with the product or service. Delivery was very late and then the plate came tarnished with stain, contacted customer service but did not receive any response from them at all.

Really pleased with my purchase, however, I am missing one plate. I have tried to contact Crosby but no answer. Still hoping to be able to correct the order.

Delivery not yet received! DPD have claimed to have delivered but I have CCTV footage showing no delivery made to me on 28/11 at 12.29 (or within half an hour of that time).

These plates were a gift so I have not seen them but the recipient has reported there were "a few teeny tiny scratches on some" which are just acceptable but not the perfection we were hoping for. The recipient has suggested that bubble wrap is needed inside each box of plates not just outside the boxes. Also I had no notification of when the delivery was due so was unable to inform the recipient. Thankfully, due to Covid restrictions she was at home to take delivery of the plates

The products are great, but delivery takes too long. I've bought from them twice and the first time it took me over a month to get my products. The second time it took over two weeks.

Somewhat troubled start but after a few calls managed to get the order all sorted and delivered! Everything arrived in one piece. Really pleased. Thank you and hoping to order some more now! My final communication was really helpful!

Ordered some coffee mugs and they look great. Well made and great value. They took a couple of weeks to dispatch my order and I had to call a couple of times to chase it up. Apart from that, great.

Afraid that we had to chase Crosbys for our order as they "forgot" to send it but once that had been sorted goods were here within 2 days

My order hasn't been completed yet as awaiting a separate dispatch for the plates I ordered. Initial emails were quick and details were given that they would confrim dispatch. Unfortunately this didn't happen and so the day they arrived I wasn't in to collect. The order is great although there was error on the finish on two bowels and one was broken (I'd blame the delivery company for that by the way he handled the box and the state of the box it arrived in). The redelivery was a pickle as TNT left a note but its fedex that had it as they gave me a tracking number that wasn't valid for TNT but was for fedex (company merging I found out). I called the company straight away about the defects and broken bowel and the lady was polite and quick to provide me with the details I needed to send out replacements. I emailed straight away but have yet to have any response from the email. I love the product, its amazing!

Products were great as was pricing but order process and delivery were quite slow (we are in the middle of a pandemic however!) but other companies have been able to deliver quickly. Due to the delivery delay I had to purchase some of the items elsewhere as I needed them.

Beautiful glasses but very slow delivery time. I had to remind them twice about my order before it arrived. Not usually like this so maybe it’s because of all the new measures in place.
