“The wrong order was sent tonne of Luigi bormioli top class glasses but matter was resolved and I received the correct glasses a week later. Absolutely love my Luigi Bormioli top class tumblers and glasses . Best prices!”

“They delivered quickly, but what gives them such a high rating is their customer service. Everything came packaged really well, but somehow one of the menu holders had a corner off and another a scratch - we phoned up and they said they'd send replacements straight away and they've arrived today. Really impressed by their care - thank you (products great too)”

“having an espresso in John Lewis I bought an orange juice for my young companion. this was served in a Libby Endeavour Double Old Fashioned glass. I was very impressed by it's size, good looks and robustness. it fit the hand well and I could see a few noggins being sank. I took a piccy and searched the interweb to trace the item and it turned out Crosbys had a wide range of Libby glass ware and at very competative prices. I ordered and the set of glasses were with me within a day or so. I shall add to the set with some high ball glasses for Christmas parties.”

“Beautiful glasses looking forward to giving them to my daughter as a house warming gift. Excellent service. Had some damaged goods on arrival (manufacture fault) it was sorted immediately and replacement came within days would highly recommend Crosbys for your kitchen/dining needs.”

“I was really pleased to find an exact match for flute glasses that I had previously bought in Belgium to replace those I had broken at Crosbys. The order arrived quickly and was extremely well packaged. Very pleased with the service.”

“The items arrived quicker than I was expecting. The site said that it might take a couple of weeks to get them to me, but in the event it was much shorter - around a week I think. The product was as expected. The items were wrapped protectively and were undamaged when they arrived. I will use Crosby's again.”
