“I was delighted to discover that the general public could order from this website even though my order was very small. Delivery was a little slow as my order had to come from Germany but when I phoned to make an enquiry the operator was pleasant and friendly and gave me a realistic update on progress. Goods arrived about three weeks after ordering, in perfect condition and I was delighted. Would definitely use again.”

“A week past, I was still waiting for the product I ordered, but they making sure it was sent out to me the same day I contacted them. And I received the products 2 days later. All in all very happy with the customer service. Thank you Nat for your prompt reply and action.”
