“Amazing personal service , beautiful champagne glasses at a fraction of the cost I would have expected to pay ,the delivery was so quick ,they were left next door along with my front door keys that I had left in the door as I rushed out, so impressed”

“Easy to place oreser and delivery was very quick. Unfortunately the wrong size footwear was dispatched- instead of size 11 men's clogs I got teeny size 3!- but on calling the customer service number, this was dealt with efficiently and the replacement were with me 2 days later. Even had a chuckle with the friendly chap on the phone. Excellent service and would definitely use again. Crosbys had been recommended by a friend whose son uses them and I would have no hesitation in recommending them myself.”
