“Excellent service, very happy with the wine glasses I bought. They were efficient at rectifying a mistake I had made when placing the order myself. This meant I received the correct items I had meant to order. A pleasure to purchase from Crosby's and I would do so again.”

“Ordered plates, bowls and cups, six of each. Very rapid delivery but two cups broken in transit. Rang and spoke to Ryan, sent a photo, no quibble, and two replacement cups arrived the very next day. That's what I call service. Totally satisfied.”

“Beautiful cups and saucers, took a while for delivery and had an issue with the wrong set turning up however this was rectified easily and recieved the right ones the next day. Would buy from Crosbys again.”

“I bought 2 small 1oz. ladles. 1 in plastic and 1 in stainless steel. Browsing and ordering online was very easy and goods were dispatched very promptly and arrived within a couple of days. The quality of what I ordered was very much as expected and these 2 ladles are good value for money. I would buy from Crosbys again, depending on availability and price.”
