“The recycled glasses I ordered are really nice. Very quick dispatch. The only grumble I have is the amount of bubble wrap it came in. A very large cardboard box with 6 glasses at the bottom filled up with plastic which filled half a rubbish bag.”

“Ordered quite a few of one item, they didnt have the stock in but sent what they have and will get the rest when they get it Customer service has been superb and very easy to get hole and deal with Very pleased with the profuct price and quality :)”

“We ordered two teapots from Crosbys. Really pleased with the speed at which they were despatched (warned there might be a delay due to covid but there wasn't!) Shipped around and Crosbys worked out the best price too.”

“Desperate to replace my Stoelzle Flutes that I had even written to Stoelzle in Germany, but they couldn't help as no longer sent orders to UK following Brexit. Then I discovered Crosbys! They had exactly what I wanted and more! Customer Services were extremely helpful too. After I had ordered I found another item that I had been looking for (for ages again) and they were able to add it to my order and save me a second postage cost. Will always check Crosbys first now! Brilliant all round!”
