“Very impressed with quality of the products, the service and the prices. Customer service is spot on, some plates got smashed in transport, I called them and within 24 hours the replacements arrived in perfect condition and extra bubble wrapped. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!”

“Very good customer service, completely pleased with the glasses I ordered,unfortunately 2 were broken on arrival but these were replaced promptly . Will definitely order from Crosbys again and will be recommending them to my friends and family.”

“I ordered my dinner service online, was easy to do and my order was with me within 3 days. I’ve had to return an item and exchange for another item, I rang customer services and they sorted it out no problem. Would definitely use Crosby’s again.”

“The order comes quickly and the products are of good quality yet they are affordable. Additionally, I had to change my order after I completed the order, I called and they changed it immediately, the order came the next day. Simply brilliant!”
