Received my order after loooong wait. Plate box lovingly surrounded by bubble wrap, however plates inside separated only by paper, so one smashed. No sign of pasta plates I ordered and paid for. Emailed straight away and yet to receive a response but got the "write a review" email first.
Fingers crossed, I'll get a response.
