I had not received my order after 3 weeks, phoned to chase it up and was told there was plenty of stock and my order had been forgotten. I received it 2 days later and it was wrong. Phoned to inform them and was told I had to email with pics. It took a further week to get a reply, once returned it was another week to get a response. I have finally received a refund!! Needless to say I won't be using them again!!!
