A week after ordering it still had not been dispatched so I had to phone to chase it up, to which they then dispatched it. When it arrived the box was covered in a brown sticky substance. The decanter is exactly what I wanted and expected! So not so good service but good product!

Goods not received for 2 weeks. I had to chase. No apology, just that they were on their way. I said we're not open on Mondays but delivery attempted then anyway. So now they are Parcelforce depot. hopefully we will receive them this year!

I can’t complain about the actual products as they were exactly what I was after.. The big issue with my order was that I had to wait over two weeks to receive it and made multiple phone calls before finally finding out that the warehouse had sent my items with the wrong label on. For this reason it will definitely put me off ordering in the future as most items I need are of high priority and urgency.

Delivery was on time and correct but either the Carrier Service was poor or the package it left in was poor because what arrived at our warehouse was by some miracle still in tact despite it looking like it had been through a washing machine. Given that the products are in plastic (therefore breakable) boxes we respectfully suggest that the packaging is sturdier for future deliveries

Crosbys have a good range and usually hold good stock. Unfortunately our recent delivery arrived one item short and one boxed set broken.

Delivery of my order was fantastic - delivered the morning after I placed the order. However, two of the bowls I ordered were broken. I immediately sent an email to report the breakage and asked what I needed to do. After I did not hear back, I went online and contacted customer service. Again, I received no response. I am still waiting.

Ordered some goods on a Monday with a 3 to 4-day delivery. Emailed them at the end of the week when nothing had arrived. They didn't respond. Phoned them on the following Tuesday when I saw on their website that the goods were still Awaiting Dispatch and cancelled the order. The two stars are because the woman was polite and accepted the cancellation without quibble.

The service received was good and efficient, the products were of the quality expected but the packaging was really inadequate and the majority of my terracotta pots arrived broken or damaged. It's a shame. This does not reflect respect and attention for your own brand and products nor for the customer.

Although I am pleased with the shape and size of the bowls and plates, I am disappointed with the finish. The oatmeal effect is uneven to the point where it appears as a stain rather than a feature on the crockery. I don't know whether this was by design or if it is an error in the manufacturing process, perhaps you could enlighten me on this? I have the feeling that these are seconds and I have included some pictures for your information. I look forward to your response.

My order took over 2 weeks to arrive, when I enquired about the statuses of my order I received no response and when the order arrived one of the glasses was broken. On the plus side they did arrive and they where the cheapest online

Products acceptable but to take just over 2months to receive this order is unacceptable as we need them for mothers day and bank holiday to which we received after these dates. No notifications to say it was late or you did not have the products. Had to chase or number of times.

No updates from them when order took longer than usual. Had to chase order twice - supposed to ring back, didn't. Website misleading. Says items in stock - they are but not with them, with their stockist. Also shows despatch in 48 hours - this is working hours apparently!! Otherwise all fine.

Ordered some cutlery which was all in stock according to the website. Delivery fine and prompt. Sadly that is where the good part ended. Opened everything up only to find table forks missing so called up to make sure I hadn't made a mistake by not ordering them to be told that they weren't in stock and would be arriving the 10th June which is 2 months away! If I had known that was the case I wouldn't have purchased the matching knives etc and chosen something else instead. Having said that I won't be using Crosbys again as I now can't trust what is 'in stock' so no need to send a voucher. A £5 refund would be nice by way of an apology though. Disappointing to say the least.
