Ordered 6 V & B forks but only 5 arrived in box. Phoned up and was told someone would call me back later that day but they didn't. Phone again and after being put through to two departments have been told an additional fork will be sent out and should be with me tomorrow. Not feeling confident but if it does arrive I will raise my rating as the value of money is good.

My order was dispatched for delivery on the 5th October and up until then I had no problems, however, some 16 days later and in spite of several e mails and telephone calls, I have still not received the items or had any contact from the transit company.as to when they will be delivered. Worst than buying from alibaba. No replies, still waiting after 3 weeks almost. No call backs. Very unprofessional, I want my money back and keep your stuff.

I’ve been waiting for my order over a week and I’m still don’t know where it is , waisting my time in tel call more that 3, waiting for some one to call me back , I must to admit that it’s my falt as I use you 3 times and the 3 times I have problems with my order , the informtiom in your web it’s wrong , I’ve been using others companies and allways have my order next day with out any problem ( nisbets, caterkwik etc). I’m very desapoint .

On the website it stated 2-4 days delivery. 2 weeks later I was told twice the order had been dispatched which wasn't the case. The items finally arrived 2 and half weeks after ordering.

Purchased some rational rinse aid tablets part of the order was wrong (my fault) I returned them at my expense when enquired about a refund to be told CROSBYS have gone into receivership but are still trading under new owners WHAT A CON I THOUGHT THIS KIND OF LTD COMPANY PRACTICE HAD BEEN OUTLAWED YEARS AGO SHAME ON YOU CROSBYS. Stay well away from theses cowboys

They have gone into administration yet still take orders and do not supply the goods.

I placed an order on October 2 2017 and I have still not received it (it is now February 3, 2018). I have sent several emails asking about the status and I have either been given excuses or not received a reply.

Received my order after loooong wait. Plate box lovingly surrounded by bubble wrap, however plates inside separated only by paper, so one smashed. No sign of pasta plates I ordered and paid for. Emailed straight away and yet to receive a response but got the "write a review" email first. Fingers crossed, I'll get a response.

2 of the glasses were loose in the box, just in bubble wrap, and we’re smashed. Still waiting for a response to my email about this.

I received a set of six glasses and one was smashed. I sent two emails and made a phonecall but have yet to receive a replacement. Very disappointed.

Ordered my items, your website showed the item in stock and usually ships within 24 hours, 9 days passed and you never sent me the item and didn't explain to me why there was any delay. Had to resort on requesting a refund via PayPal which then prompted you to swiftly post the item the next day!! Item arrived in a crushed box, thankfully nothing damaged. After all this, nobody at your company phoned or sent me an email to apologise for the situation. Glad I paid via PayPal which made it easy to escalate my issue and get my money back, if I'd paid by another method I would potentially have never received my items. Poor company, bad communication, would NOT recommend and will leave a negative review via trustpilot.

Hello Glen, Sincere apologies for the delay with your order. We had a stock issue with one of the items in the Copper Cocktail Kit meaning there was a delay in constructing and sending out the items. However, I agree you should have been informed of this earlier and due to your feedback, we'll be making sure this happens for future customers. Once the PayPal dispute has been resolved, as a gesture of goodwill we will refund 20% of your order value. (PayPal don't allow a refund until the dispute has been closed). Regards, Nat @ Crosbys.

Prompt delivery, however one fork was annoying missing so will be reordering.

Ordered aweek ago and still havent received order... was however promised I would get it today or tomorrow.. if there is a delay in future a quick call would of be most appreciated

Also, because of your comments and dissatisfaction with our service, we've now also implemented a system whereby customers will be contacted if an order can't be satisfied within an specified time frame.
